New Highest Grossing Film of all Time in NZ

Avatar: The Way of Water has overtaken Avatar (2009) for Highest Box office in New Zealand

With $18.25M and counting, Avatar: The Way of Water has now broken all records in New Zealand. Still at the top of the box office after its 7th weekend of release, The Way of Water looks set to continue adding to that total for a while yet.

Forum Films' Hindi Blockbuster, Pathaan grossed over $700K from its opening day on Wednesday from a limited number of theatres.
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish was the third highest grossing film over the weekend with $400K while Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre was in fourth place after its 3rd weekend of release.
